We understand that situations arise in which you may need to cancel your appointment. We respectfully ask that you provide us 24hr notice to fill your appointment time with another furry friend.

Please note that there will be a fee for any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours and for all no-shows.

Your pet's safety is our top priority. We will de-matt small areas if your pet allows it.

Our normal grooming charges does not include excessive de-matting. There will be an extra charge for the extra grooming time your pet may require. The extra charge is for the time, patience and expertise
needed to perform the de-matting safely. Please note, that we groom humanely, dogs that are severely matted will require to be shaved down.

We do not recommend de-matting on elderly dogs or aggressive dogs.

Due to the nature of our business there is always a chance your pet
may come into contact with fleas. We do not accept pets with fleas;
however, it is possible that they could be missed at check-in.

Please ensure your pet is protected by administering a monthly preventative from your vet.

The Salon will not accept liability for your pet contracting fleas during their stay. If your pet happens to bring fleas into the shop, please note there will be a flea clean up fee added to your groom price.

Please ensure that your dog is up-to-date with their flea treatment & completely flea-free before entering the salon.

We work hard to ensure a clean environment for our clients, dogs, groomers & visitors. If we discover fleas on a dog it will result in groomer using
specialized flea & tick shampoo. If fleas are found on your dog we will contact you & you will need to collect your pet. We will have to deep clean the salon afterwards & possibly require a flea bomb.

Please note there will be an additional charge on top of the full groom price.

Please be on time for your appointment as our schedule is
disrupted when a client is late. We reserve the right to re-book
appointments if you are more than 15 minutes late. We appreciate a courtesy call if you are unable to keep your appointment, which allows us to re-book that time. No shows or same day cancellations will be charged a fee per pet at the next
visit. We will provide reminder calls the night before your appointment.

Please pick up your pet promptly at the time given to you. Pets not
picked up within 30 minutes of that time will be subject to a fee.

Please do not show up early for pick-up. Once your pet is
aware of your presence, it may not be possible to safely
finish grooming them. We charge full price for an unfinished groom.

Please call to let us know if a problem occurs and we will work with you.

Our prices are based on 6-8 week maintenance grooms.
Any groom over 9 weeks will be subject to additional charges.

Any groom over 16 weeks will be subject to a new client price increase.

Difficult Dogs
Dematting
Scissoring
Filth / Mud
Rush Grooms
Unaltered Males and Females in Season
Late Pickup Times
